Programmes Reference Data

The Programmes reference data window can be accessed by navigating to Maintenance > Programmes > Programmes, or by clicking Manage Reference Data in the Tasks panel of a programme record.

Note: You must have a role with the ProgrammeReferenceData permission to access this window.

The following reference data is available:

Use this reference data to record the status on an individual programme plan item recorded in a programme.

Programme Plan Item Status reference data

Use this reference data to define statuses of programmes (for example: Closed, Agreed, Planning and so on).

Programme Status reference data

Use this reference data to record default programme templates, which can be created to automatically populate details on the programme on creation. These defaults include a programme plan of all the standard steps a user would go through when managing a programme of this type.
