Using the Associated Items Panel

The Associated Items panel (accessed by navigating to View > Panels > Associated Panels)

Associated Items Panel

The Associated Items panel is used to view and access items that are linked to the currently selected entity.

The associated items for each entity vary depending on user permission, installed modules and the status of the current entity.

Assign To

The Assign To window (accessed from Associated Items > Assign To) displays the relevant option to assign the maintenance request.

To assign a maintenance request to a user or help desk, or to unassign a request, select the relevant assignment option check box.

  • Select the relevant user from the drop-down list if appropriate.

  • Click OK.

Audit Trail

The Audit Trail List screen (accessed from Associated Items > Audit Trail) displays the audit trail associated with the relevant service request.

Current Orders

The Order List screen (accessed from Associated Items > Current Order(s)) displays orders associated with the relevant service request.

Job(s)

The Job List screen (accessed from Associated Items > Job(s)) displays jobs associated with the relevant service request.

Asbestos Components

The Associated Asbestos Warning Items screen (accessed from Associated Items > Asbestos Component(s)) displays asbestos components associated with the relevant service request.

Maintenance Request Number

The Select Maintenance Request window (accessed from Associated Items > Link to Maintenance Request) displays the requests that can be associated with the relevant maintenance request.
To link to a maintenance request, select the relevant check box.

  • Click OK.

The Linked Maintenance Request List screen is displayed.
