Units Reference Data

The Units reference data window can be accessed by navigating to Functions > Core > Reference Data > Units.

You must have a role with the UnitReferenceData permission to access this window.

Refer to Managing Reference Data for further information on using reference data screens.

The following reference data is available:

Unit Division Sub Type

Use this reference data to define sub-types of Unit Division Types (for example: for a unit division type of 'Large Unit', a sub-type may be '>500m2' or '>1000m2').

Unit Division Type

Use this reference data to define divisions of units (for example: large unit, small unit, standard unit).

You can also specify whether the unit division is a parking space or valuation area if required.

Unit Event Type

Use this reference data to define unit event types for unit schedules.

Unit Occupancy Status

Use this reference data to define occupancy statuses for units (for example: let, vacant, and so on).

Unit Type

Use this reference data to define types of units, and whether they are leasable, functional, or a hereditament.

Void Checklist Template

Use this reference data to create checklists for voids.

The Void Checklist Template editor (accessed by clicking the New button or double-clicking an existing template) allows you to do the following:

  • Edit the template name on the Template details tab.

  • Select an item on the Checklist tab to view its details and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the order.

  • Edit, delete, or add checklist items by right-clicking and selecting from the drop-down menu.

Void Event Type

Use this reference data to define event types for voids (for example: an electricity meter reading).
