Configuring Disposal

Roles and Permissions

The permissions applicable to the Disposal functionality are described in the following table:

Permission…	Allows users to...
Disposal	View, create and update disposal records.
DisposalReferenceData	View, create and update Disposal Reference Data.

Refer to Managing Roles for further information.

System Settings

The following System Options (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) apply to the Disposal functionality:

Disposal Auto Unique Number (under Auto Numbering) - allows the system to automatically generate each new disposal or be entered manually.
Enforce Unique Disposal Number (under Estates) - defines whether a disposal number must be unique.

Reference Data

The Disposal Reference Data applies to the Disposal functionality (accessed by navigating to Estates > Disposal > Disposal).
