Configuring Fire Risk

Roles and permissions

The permissions applicable to the Fire Risk module are described in the following table:

Permission	Allows users to...
FireRiskActionPlan	View, create and update fire risk actions.
FireRiskReferenceData	View, create and update Fire Risk reference data.
FireRiskReport	Run the standard fire risk report. This permission does not make use of the permission levels (that is: selecting View, Edit or Full allows the user to run the report).
FireRiskSurvey	View, create and update fire risk surveys.

System settings

The Restrict Export by Survey Locations setting (in the Health and Safety group) is the only setting in System Options (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) applicable to the Fire Risk module – whether to restrict export by survey location. Enter ‘False’ to disable the function.

Reference data

Fire Risk is the only reference data applicable to the Fire Risk module (accessed by navigating to Health and Safety > Fire Risk > Fire Risk).
