Roles and permissions

The permissions applicable to the Legionella module are described in the following table:

Permission	Allows users to...
LegionellaActionPlan	View, create, and update Legionella actions.
LegionellaReferenceData	View, create, and update Legionella Reference Data.
LegionellaReport	Run the standard Legionella reports. This permission does not make use of the permission levels (that is: selecting View, Edit, or Full allows the user to run the report).
LegionellaSample	View, create, and update Legionella sample records.
LegionellaSurvey	View, create, and update Legionella surveys.

System settings

The Restrict Export by Survey Locations setting (in the Health and Safety group) is the only setting in System Options (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) applicable to the Legionella module – whether to restrict export by survey location. Enter ‘False’ to disable the function.

Reference data

Legionella is the only reference data applicable to the Legionella module (accessed by navigating to Health and Safety > Legionella > Legionella).
