Configuring Correspondence

System Settings

The only system option (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) applicable to the correspondence functionality is the Correspondence Auto Unique Numbering (in the Auto Numbering group) – this determines whether to allow the system to automatically generate new correspondence numbers. Enter ‘False’ to disable the function.

Reference Data

The following reference data applies to the correspondence functionality:

  • All items in Correspondence Reference Data (accessed by navigating to Business Continuity > Correspondence > Correspondence)

  • Action Type in Core reference data (accessed by navigating to Functions > Core > Reference Data > Core)
