System Settings

System Options (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) contains the settings for the Services module.

The following groups contain references to the Services modules:

  • Key

    • Background Colour For Past Return Time (Key group) – configures the colour of the Key for the Issue Overview screen

    • Background Colour For Within Return Time (Key group) – configures the colour of the Key for the Issue Overview screen

    • Enable Expected Return Time (Key group) – will default to the expected return time when issuing a key

    • Expected Return Duration (Key group) – the default number of days before the expected key return

    • Expected Return Time (Key group) – the default key return

    • Key in Issue Overview Refresh (mins) (Key group) – the time in minutes from each screen refresh

The following settings also affect the Services module:

  • Job Auto Unique (Job group) – whether to allow the system to automatically generate new job numbers. Enter ‘False’ to disable the function

  • Key Auto Unique Numbering (Auto Numbering group) – whether to allow the system to generate new key numbers automatically. Enter ‘False’ to disable the function

The Service Request reference data applies to the Services module (accessed by navigating to Services > Service Request).
