Roles and Permissions
The permissions applicable to the Condition module are described in the following table:

System Settings
There are two system settings (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) that directly affect the Condition module:

Enable Condition Percentage (under Maintenance) - whether to allow a condition percentage to be recorded

Condition Record Auto Unique Number (under Auto Numbering) - whether to automatically generate a unique reference number for a new condition record
