Configuring the Condition Module

Roles and Permissions

The permissions applicable to the Condition module are described in the following table:

Permission…	Allows users to...
ConditionCriteria	Manage condition records graded priority 1-4 and rated A-D.
ConditionExcelExport	Export condition data to Microsoft Excel.
ConditionExcelImport	Import condition data from Microsoft Excel.
ConditionReferenceData	View, create and update Condition Reference Data.
ConditionReport	Run the Condition Report (Cost by Element Priority). This permission does not make use of the permission levels (that is: selecting View, Edit or Full allows the user to run the report).
ConditionSurvey	View, create and update condition survey headers.

System Settings

There are two system settings (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) that directly affect the Condition module:

Enable Condition Percentage (under Maintenance) - whether to allow a condition percentage to be recorded
Condition Record Auto Unique Number (under Auto Numbering) - whether to automatically generate a unique reference number for a new condition record

All items in the Schedule of Rates Reference Data
Models in Asset reference data
Element List in Component reference data, including the following:
- The Condition Alert Level section in the General Details section of an element category
- The Lifecycle Costing and Condition Criteria tabs of a child element
