System Settings
The following settings should be considered for the K2 Portal functionality:

All items in Managing Portal Options system settings (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the Portal Options button)
Setting Up a Contractor
Contractors are required to be set up to be able to view and manage orders and jobs in the K2 Portal.
For a user to be set as a contractor in K2 Portal, the user is required to:

Have a contact record

The above contact record must be linked to an agency that has:

An active Purchase Ledger

The Approved check box selected

The Contractor check box selected

Contractors do not need a physical location assigned to them to use the K2 Portal.
Setting a Customer Logo
A customer's logo can be inserted into the Portal installation path in Content\Images\CustomerLogo to display in the top right-hand corner of K2.
The file name must be named 'Logo.png'.
The image will be the Tribal Group PLC logo by default before being changed.
The image should be at least 270x55 pixels and will automatically be resized if it is too large.
Setting Up Customer Header Text
Header text can be amended in the Portal installation path in Content\CustomLayout to update banner text in K2.
The header should be a maximum of 105 characters or 35 characters when the header has been split into 3 sections.
