Configuring Core
Select from the following to help configure the Core functionality:
The permissions applicable to the Core module are described in the following table:

Address | View, create and update address details. |
Agency | View, create and update agencies (that is: suppliers, manufacturers and so on). |
AgencyApproval | Approve agencies. |
AgencyReport | Run the Agency Report (Weekly Timesheet Report). This permission does not make use of the permission levels (that is: selecting View, Edit or Full allows the user to run the report). |
AgencySiteCode | View, create and update agency site codes. |
Asset | View, create and update assets. |
AssetReferenceData | View, create and update Assets reference data. |
AssetSystem | View, create and update asset systems (for example: heating systems). |
AuditLog | Run the audit log. This permission does not make use of the permission levels (that is: selecting View, Edit or Full allows the user to run the report). |
Building | View, create and update buildings. |
BuildingReferenceData | View, create and update Building reference data. |
BusinessGroup | View, create and update business groups (that is: logical organisational structures). |
BusinessUnit | View, create and update business units. |
BusinessUnitReferenceData | View, create and update Business Units reference data. |
Calendar | View, create and update the Calendar. |
CancelAnyOfflineBooking | Cancel any offline booking data. |
Component | View, create and update components. |
ComponentReferenceData | View, create and update Component reference data. |
Composite | View, create and update composites. |
Contact | View, create and update contact records. Refer to Manage Contacts for further information. |
ContactManager | Access Contact Manager. |
CoreReferenceData | View, create and update Core reference data. |
CoreReport | Access the core reports. This requires the Full permission level. |
CreditNote | Create credit notes. |
Document | View and upload documents. |
Drawing | View and upload CAD (computer aided-design) drawings. |
EmployeeCalendar | View, create and update Employee Calendar events. Refer to Use the Employee Calendar for further information. |
Floor | View, create and update floor records. |
IncludeArchivedInSearch | Search for archived records. |
Notebook | View, create and update notes. |
NotificationList | View any workflow steps or alerts that are pending interaction by the user. |
Pictures | View and upload pictures. |
PropertyDetailReport | Print the Property Detail report. |
PublicTemplatesManagement | Edit public navigation configurations. |
RecordConfidenceIndicator | View, create and update user Record Confidence Indicators against an entity. |
RecordConfidenceIndicatorManager | Mark user Record Confidence Indicators as complete. |
RestrictionAndWarning | Access Restriction and Warning. |
RestrictionAndWarningReferenceData | View, create and update Restriction and Warning reference data. |
Room | View, create and update room data. |
RoomReferenceData | View, create and update Rooms reference data. |

The Core group in System Options (accessed by navigating to Tools > System Options and then clicking the System Options button) contains the settings for the Core module.
