Application Reference Data

The Application reference data window can be accessed by navigating to Functions > Applications > Application.

You must have a role with the ApplicationReferenceData permission to access this window.

Refer to Managing Reference Data for further information on using reference data screens.

The following reference data is available:

Application Event Type

Use this reference data to record event types that can be recorded against an application, typically for an allotment or garage (for example Application Shortlisted, End of Application Process, and so on).

Application Special Requirement

Use this reference data to record types of special requirements (for example: Required Disabled Access) where a scoring system will need to be applied against an application, or the application will be based on the requirements of the applicant.

Selecting the Archived check box will retain all records that have the special requirement specified, but removes the special requirement from the list of available options when recording a new application.

Only one Application Type can be the default.

  • Select the Archived check box.

  • Check that all records with a specified Application Type are retained.

  • Check the Application Type is removed from the list of available options when a new application has been recorded.

  • Check you can record application types against sites, buildings, assets, or zones.

  • Check that customers who also have the Car Parking module can also record application types against car parks that have been recorded against buildings or zones
